1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund & Payment Policy outlines how payments are processed for VLAI’s paid services and under what conditions refunds may be granted.
This policy applies only to premium services, not the free version of VLAI.

 

2. Description of Paid Services

Paid services may include:

  • Advanced loan prequalification reports

  • Priority chatbot support

  • Access to premium calculators or tools

  • Consultation calls

  • Document preparation guidance

  • Business or real estate loan support

Exact offerings may vary and will be described before purchase.

 

3. Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Online payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

  • Bank transfers (if enabled)

  • Any other method listed on the website

All payments are displayed in US$ unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed before accessing premium services.

  • Subscription services must be paid on or before the renewal date.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspended access.

 

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

a. Duplicate Payment

If the user is charged twice for the same service.

b. System or Technical Failure

If VLAI fails to deliver a paid service due to:

  • Server issues

  • Technical malfunction

  • System outage

c. Service Not Delivered

If the user pays for a service that VLAI does not deliver within the specified timeline.

d. Incorrect Billing

If an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical or clerical error.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed consultations

  • Delivered digital products (reports, guides, calculators, documents)

  • User errors (e.g., input mistakes, misunderstanding the service)

  • Change of mind after service delivery

  • Incorrect information provided by the user

  • Free services or trial access

 

7. Subscription Cancellation Policy

If VLAI offers subscription-based services:

a. Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time.
Cancellation stops future charges, but does not refund the current or previous billing period.

b. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Date of purchase

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or provider

 

9. Disputed Charges

Users should contact VLAI directly before disputing a charge with their bank.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

 

10. Fraud Prevention

Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be:

  • Delayed

  • Blocked

  • Reported

  • Refunded only after verification

We reserve the right to deny service to users involved in fraudulent activity.

 

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Payment Policy periodically.
All changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date.
